The one thing that changes is a divert being switched on, so a call that would otherwise ring out reaches the receptionist instead, and whoever picks it up does so in your business's name, never its own. Try ringing your own number once it's live if you want to hear it for yourself.
I'm stuck on the M1 half the day, or working a job out past Hillsborough. Will the call still be picked up?+
It will.
