Pricing questions

What does the £150 set-up cover? +

About 12-15 hours of work: assistant voice + accent + personality configuration, training on your business's FAQs, services and pricing, integration with your existing phone system, a 30-day baseline measurement of your current call volume and missed-call rate, internal testing with simulated calls, and a 30-min onboarding session with you.

What happens if I exceed my monthly call cap? +

Calls beyond your cap are billed at £0.65/call on Starter, £0.45/call on Pro. Enterprise calls are unlimited with no per-call overage. We'll let you know when you hit 80% so you can upgrade if usage is consistently high. Most clients never hit their cap.

Are there annual discounts? +

Yes — pay annually and we knock 15% off the monthly rate. So Pro becomes £507/mo billed annually (£6,084 vs £7,164 if paying monthly). Annual prepay also waives the £150 setup fee.

Can I switch tiers? +

Up or down, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate. Downgrades take effect on your next billing date.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes, 30-day rolling — no annual lock-in unless you opt for the annual discount. Email us or hit cancel in your portal. We'll keep your assistant live until the end of the month you've paid for.

What about VAT? +

We're not currently VAT-registered (we sit below the UK £90,000 turnover threshold), so the prices shown are what you pay — no VAT added. Once we cross the threshold and register, we'll give you written notice before any VAT is added to invoices. Most B2B clients can reclaim VAT when that happens.
