A friendly receptionist who never sleeps, and earns its keep.
We answer the calls you can't get to, take the booking or the message, and text it to you straight away. Every Monday, a plain-English summary shows what it brought in. Call answering and a virtual receptionist, built in the North-West for service businesses across Northern Ireland and Ireland.

Talk to your receptionist before you buy it.
Pick a voice and a business type — or point it at your own website and it answers as your business. No signup, no card. It uses your microphone, calls last up to two minutes, and it's honest about being AI.

You're probably losing real jobs every week to calls you can't pick up.
It isn't your fault. You can't be on the chair, on the road, in the meeting, and at the desk all at once. Every unanswered call is a customer the next firm on Google catches. Nobody can tell you how many you are missing, and an industry average is a guess dressed up as a fact. You can find out for yourself in about ten minutes.
Dial it after the phone stops and BT tells you the number that just rang you. It won't tell you who, or what they wanted.
A BT itemised bill downloads as a spreadsheet listing every call, including the ones nobody picked up.
What one job, one sale or one booking is worth to you is the number that turns a missed call into money.
Work out your own number with the missed call calculator, or read how to count them from your own bill. It is your figure that matters, not an average.
Live in five days. Your number, your voice, your way.
Three friendly steps. No long contracts, no upfront capital, no painful onboarding. You'll be catching extra calls before next week's payroll.
A free 15-minute chat
We have a quick call about your current call volume and what each booking is worth. Then we email you a plain-English estimate of what an assistant would likely earn you. Zero pressure — even if you walk away.
- → No sales script, no jargon
- → Written estimate within 24 hours
Five-day set-up
We configure your assistant — voice, accent, manner, FAQs, booking flow — using your existing materials. We test it against the kinds of calls you actually get. You approve every line before it goes live.

- → Overflow, after-hours, or 24/7 — your call
A weekly note from us
Every Monday you get a one-page report showing calls answered, bookings made, and the estimated revenue your assistant captured. Plain English. Most agencies don't send anything like it.

The five businesses we know inside out.
We focus on five kinds of Northern Irish business where we know the call patterns inside out — and where the missed-call problem hurts the most. Pick yours below.
After-hours cover that catches the new-patient calls your team can't get to.
Receptionists in these clinics are stretched. Calls about cancellations, emergencies, and new bookings come in faster than your team can handle. Your assistant takes the simple bookings so your team handles the complex ones.
Not a fit if…
…you're an emergency-only practice with under 20 calls/week, or your team already answers 95%+ of calls within 4 rings.
Your customers hear a voice from home — not California.
Most AI voice agencies — usually in London or California — ship a synthetic American voice or a polished RP English one. Your North-West customers ring, hear an accent that doesn't fit, and either hang up or start asking which call centre they've reached.
We don't do that. We're based in the North-West. Our voices are real Northern Irish people, ethically cloned with their explicit consent. When someone rings your practice, they hear a voice that sounds like a neighbour. The samples above aren't synthesised approximations — that's Emma, one of our Northern Irish voices. You can also ring Laura live, right now — or try the browser demo above for any voice or sector.
And not every caller finds English easiest. If some of yours would rather speak Polish — or Spanish, French and more — we can set your assistant up to greet and help them in their own language.
Real people, male or female — we match the voice to your business. Tap to ring one now (it's our AI receptionist — go on, ask it your opening hours, or to book you in).

We match the voice to your brand and your customers — not the other way round. Beyond our signature Northern Irish voices, you can have any accent, gender, age or tone — hundreds to choose from. If there's a particular sound you're after, we'll find it or record it for you.

Every voice we clone is used with explicit written consent — we never clone anyone without permission.
We don't just install AI.
We prove it earned its keep.
Most agencies — usually in London or Dublin — install a voice assistant and disappear. We're right here in the North-West. We measure every captured call and booking, then send you a plain weekly note showing what your assistant earned that week.
You can show it to your accountant, your business partner, or use it to justify the spend at your next team meeting.

✓ = a real improvement we're confident in. The fourth is moving the right way but needs another week or two of data.
Illustrative — the exact format we send every Monday (example, not a real client yet).
Your own dashboard — every call, every lead, live.
You don't have to wonder what your assistant did today. Log in any time — your business name, your logo, your own username and password — and watch the calls and leads arrive as they happen.
Behind your assistant sits a full backup answering system on separate infrastructure, built and run by us. If the primary fails, calls reroute within seconds — same voice, same care, still texts you the lead. We health-check it daily and run a live failover test before you launch.
Like any phone service it depends on the underlying networks — so it's a serious safety net, not empty marketing.
Illustrative example — every client gets their own private, password-protected dashboard at my.edgeaudit.app.
“EdgeAudit is built and run from right here in the North-West. Ring us and you get the owner — not a call centre. We'll tell you straight if we're a fit, and we'll show you the numbers every Monday.”

A backup that answers in your voice — even if the main system stumbles.
Most AI receptionists are one system with a single point of failure. Yours has a second one that we built and run ourselves — so on the rare day something interrupts the main assistant, your callers still reach a real conversation, not a dead line.
Reroutes in seconds
If the main system is interrupted, the call hands to the backup within seconds — no scramble, nothing for you to do.
The same voice, the same manner
The backup answers as the same receptionist your callers already know. It handles their enquiry, takes details, and texts you the lead — a real conversation, not a voicemail.
Separate, so they don't fall together
The backup runs on completely independent infrastructure from the main system — different engine, different home. We prove the whole handover with a live failover test before you go live, and re-check it regularly.
It's a serious safety net, not a magic shield: like any phone service it depends on the wider phone and internet networks being up. What it removes is the biggest everyday risk — your assistant itself having a wobble while a customer's on the line.
Questions we get asked.
Will it sound robotic to my customers? +
No. Modern voice AI sounds like a polite, well-trained assistant. We tune voice, accent — a soft North-West accent for local businesses, or Scottish / English / RoI if you prefer — pace and personality before launch so calls feel natural and easy. And we don't pretend it's anything it isn't — ask it if it's a robot and it tells you straight; it never claims to be human. We're happy to share a live sample on the discovery call.
What if a caller asks something it doesn't know? +
It's trained to notice when it's out of its depth. It takes the caller's name and number, a brief summary, books a callback for the next business day, and lets you know straight away by SMS. Exactly what a good receptionist would do — better than guessing.
What if the system goes down? +
Every call reaches your main assistant first. If anything ever interrupts it, the call automatically reroutes within seconds to a separate backup system we built and run ourselves — it answers in the same voice, talks the caller through their enquiry, takes their details, and texts the lead straight to you. A real conversation, not just a voicemail. Because it runs on completely independent infrastructure, the two systems don't go down together — and we prove the whole handover with a live failover test before you launch. It depends, like any phone line, on the wider phone and internet networks being up, so it's a serious safety net rather than a promise that nothing can ever interrupt a call.
Do I have to change my phone number? +
No. Your assistant works behind your existing number using simple call-forwarding. You decide when it answers — after 4 rings (overflow), only after hours, weekends only, or 24/7. We can also handle multiple lines if you have separate sales and support numbers.
How does the weekly report actually work? +
Every call gets a logged outcome — booking made, lead captured, transfer, or message taken. We compare that to your 30-day baseline before launch using proper statistical methods so we can tell the difference between a real improvement and a good week. The Monday report shows captured calls, attributed bookings, an estimated £ value, and a confidence note on each. Our methodology page goes deeper if you'd like.
What about GDPR and call recordings? +
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Call recording is optional and off by default; when it's switched on for a business, the assistant announces the recording at the start (legally required). By default, any recordings and transcripts sit on our voice orchestration provider's infrastructure (Vapi.ai), and some underlying AI providers may process data in the US under standard GDPR safeguards; for solicitor and healthcare clients we can tighten data residency and restrict which AI providers see the conversation data — set up per-client at onboarding and documented in your DPA. Ask about this on the discovery call if it matters to your sector.
What if my business isn't one of your five? +
We focus on Northern Irish healthcare clinics (dental, podiatry, physio, chiropractic, osteopathy and similar), plus solicitors, trades, B&Bs, and gyms and fitness studios — because we know those call patterns inside out. If you're outside those — vets, accountants, salons, recruiters, financial advisors — book the free chat anyway. We'll be honest about whether we're a fit. If not, we'll point you to someone who is.
Where are you based? +
The North-West of Northern Ireland. We work with businesses right across NI — Derry/Londonderry, Coleraine, Limavady, Strabane, Omagh and beyond — and into the Republic of Ireland. We're happy to come and meet you in person anywhere on the island; the rest is phone and video.
Come and have a chat.
Have a 15-minute chat with me, a one-man Northern Irish outfit. We'll look at the calls you're missing and what each one's worth to you, and email you a plain estimate within 24 hours. No obligation, and no follow-up sales calls — we mean it.
